This office wasted my time. This is the first practice I've ever visited that does not check insurance prior to a patient's visit. I wanted to schedule with Dr. Angela Gordon. I spoke with the woman at the front desk about insurance, also asked if she could check my benefits to which she said no. Therefore, I asked and verified the CPT codes to reference with my insurance. Great physical therapists! I asked my athlete friends for recommendations. The most heartfelt recs were for Advanced Kinetics and for my issue Rachel. Setting up an appointment was easy and the front office has handled the insurance really well.
I have been receiving therapy at advanced kinetics for three years. The team there is fantastic, very professional and extremely caring.
This is a wonderful PT practice. All of the therapist are very knowledgeable, caring and professional. They provide massage services, which are terrific. Also dry needling.
