I’ve been looking for group training nearby by for some time and happened to see a friend mention AKP on Facebook. I was nervous walking in on my own, but the staff and members make you feel very welcome. The hour class just flies by and gives you a great work out. Dons friendly & funny. He makes sure you are properly doing the exercise to prevent injury. The workout is your own and can be adjusted to any level. I’m so glad i found AKP!!
