This is the absolute worst kidney group to ever exist. Dr Hartono was my mother’s nephrologist for the past 8 years. We lost her on 5/23/23 due to their medical negligence. She had so much faith in her doctor but what he did by neglecting her care in the hospital. She clearly passed of septic shock due to this nephrology group, however they clearly lied on her death certificate. This is not done. Dr. Hsu is great and very kind. Her staff is also caring
Long story short. Horrible scheduling times and they do not respect patients time. I have had two schedule my mothers routine visit 3 Times now and they call the day before her appt to reschedule. It has been scheduled for over a month. This is beyond disrespectful and wastes so many peoples time. I am going to transfer my mother's care to someone who actually cares about their patients.
