Recommendation, Diet, exercise, stress and controlling your CKD is on you and not this team or any team of nephrologist physicians. They have a nice bedside manner but don’t stress nor have the up to date knowledge available to them on proper diet and nutrition to slow the progression of CKD. Their approach is to give you a few copies of nutritional guidelines and don’t recommend a dietician or think it is necessary until it’s too late and you are on Dialysis. This is the absolute worst kidney group to ever exist. Dr Hartono was my mother’s nephrologist for the past 8 years. We lost her on 5/23/23 due to their medical negligence. She had so much faith in her doctor but what he did by neglecting her care in the hospital. She clearly passed of septic shock due to this nephrology group, however they clearly lied on her death certificate. This is not done. Very caring gives me the attention my kidneys need. I trust her with my life . Everytime I when to the hospital she was always checking in on me.
