Over the top concerned for my Mom, ignorant about kidney disease, defensive and presumptuous I was with Dr. Ray he patiently, thoroughly, succinctly explained to me what her body is doing and he gave me an option in medication much better than the standard subscribed explaining to me the "how" of why it's a healthier alternative for her He's brilliant, (check his "fellowship" credentials) but chooses to educate instead of alienate in his kindness! I have been seeing Dr. Bao for a year now and have been working with him to get my kidneys right. His care has been impeccable and I am in a good place right now. The facility is outstanding, very clean and inviting. The staff is top notch, friendly and efficient.
