I worked for this man for just shy of three months. Micromanaging isn't the word. He would yell for using a pen rather than pencil, get angry if I had the overhead light behind me off (who cares if it glared onto my computer and gave me migraines), heaven forbid you use a ridged paperclip over a smooth one! He likes to sit in his truck and just watch us on camera. Be warned ahead of time, if you need the restroom, there's none in the building. Worked for the owner. He is a drill sargeant. Not a nice man. Wouldn't recommend this company. He had me train with 2 employees then laid them off and expected me to run the place after onky 1 week training!

These guys are as good as it gets. They make repairs look like a walk in the park and provide honest feedback on the situation. They work with the intention of giving you the best system you can have. Other companies will fix the immediate issue and ignore the potential root cause rather than clarifying the bigger picture and diagnosing the issue that way. Reason being to get more money out of you. Thats not the case here. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of irrigation related work.
