We have an annual contract with Advanced Irrigation. The cost of this contract includes the town-required annual backflow certification, the spring startup and fall shutdown of our irrigation system, discounts on a number of head replacements (per year), and one post-opening visit for repairs, etc. We have had an outstanding experience with this company, and with every employee we have encountered, whether it be in the office, or those in the field. Homeowners beware!!!! This overpriced company caused thousands of dollars in damage incorrectly installing sprinklers on my lawn, then tried charging me $600+ without my consent when they came to fix prior installation. I hired an actually knowledgeable company who found that Advanced Landscape and Irrigation had no idea what they were doing, installed wrong parts for my system, etc. Then to add insult to injury, the owner refused to discuss a way to resolve the situation with me after I politely asked to speak with her, and... read more
A huge shoutout to Emily who is always responsive and helpful on the phone! Dan and his team are professional and dependable - we've had an excellent business relationship with them for many years. One recent example was an irrigation leak on sunday that caused us to have to shut off the main water valve to the house (no showers, laundry, dishwasher, icemaker etc) and they were here early Monday morning to diagnose and correct the issue! thank you for always "making it work"!
