Terrible experience. Had scheduled a spring tune-up and no-one showed up during the communicated time-frame. On calling them back to check what happened, they mentioned someone did show up, opened up our backflow system without our consent and reported "damages". The company sent a $200 bill for a service that was not performed nor authorized. When my wife called to check about the bill, the person on the phone (Jeannie) was outright rude and aggressive. I had a great experience with these guys. Called about a cracked line, a couple broken sprinkler heads, and just getting a general checkup. Drew was out in less than a week and took care of everything in no time. Fixed what needed fixed and made some tweaks to my other sprinklers and the run schedule to keep things looking good. Simple scheduling, simple pricing, and a team that knows their trade..you couldn't ask for more.

We have used them for several years and it's just been an awful experience. There's no sense of good customer service. Everything is on their terms. They show up whenever they want, without a heads up. They assume you're home, so if you're not, you will not receive any confirmation that the job was completed, if there was any issue, and you won't have any opportunity to let them know of any specific area or sprinkler that needs tuning. I can not recommend this company. They do not guarantee their work in any way. I had them repair a valve that had a slight leak in it. Their repair work subsequently failed maybe a week later causing a large leak that resulted in a $950+ water bill. The leak was buried in the control box so I didn't discover it until I received the bill. They said because it was a part that failed there would be no compensation. There are many irrigation companies out there ... I would strongly recommend going with someone else.
