Terrible service. They answer the phone and keep you on hold for 30 minutes. When you call again, they are rude that they are seeing patients so can’t answer phones. So glad we went to another provider for an immigration medical. They were polite and quick.
I don’t recommend this office if you don’t have time to wait months on your green card exam and you want to wait hours in the waiting room as well as the staff putting you on hold/ rejecting your calls every time you want to communicate with them, no answer on emails or any form of updates from them. Doctor is very good and straightforward, staff on the other hand is rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back here. Since the start the staff will give you wrong information. If you need to get your medical exam for a green card, choose another provider. They are incredibly irresponsible. I had to call them several times to finally figure out that they were missing a vaccination no one told me about! They delayed my application for a MONTH! I had to call several times, and they just very rudely told me to wait, and in a MONTH they told me they were missing something – that is something they should have told me right away.
This is a new doctor and group of associates for me. I did not want to leave my other practice but insurance forced me to. This group and staff is welcoming, patient, efficient and all around wonderful. I highly recommend them. I Feel like I've been with them forever.
Great Doctors. Great Office. The staff are so nice. Especially the young lady who attended me so sweet and had a positive attitude!
