I dropped my wallet here last week. Not only was the staff rude about the situation, but I was then charged multiple times on my 2 debit cards. Stay away from Dr Joffe and this scammy establishment
Dr joffe was incredibly rude, she called me poor and kicked me out. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to fuel her greed.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My grandparents have been members of this practice for years, and all of a sudden, despite accepting their insurance, they are forcing them to pay $3,000 each annually for a membership & concierge fee. If my grandparents refuse to pay this insane amount of money each year, they will not be allowed to see any doctors. Technically, it may be legal, but it is extremely unethical and exploitative.
