Be aware.. do not take your beloved pet to this practice! My post is long but worth reading if you have a sick pet. My dog had to be put down fooling around with Doyle’s incompetence! I took my precious dog Toby to her via recommendation from my vet. The staff is very friendly and so was Dr Doyle in the beginning. She examined him and did extensive bloodwork and X-rays. Dr Doyle and her staff are beyond a 5/5. Every single staff member goes above and beyond! Dr. Doyle has been taking care of our Viszla Charli for approx. 8 years. This year Charli had a new diagnosis at an animal hospital and we were told she may have a couple of months left. We immediately went to see Dr Doyle and she calmed us down and said she believed we had more time. 8 months later Charli still has a great quality of life! Dr. Doyle is an outstanding doctor and an incredible caring compassionate person.

We highly recommend Dr. Doyle and AIM! Working with the team through the testing process, the diagnosis of a complex medical issue, the treatment plan and the after-care for our senior dog, the entire team continues to provide amazing care and oversight to ensure our pup returns to good health. Our sincere thanks and appreciation for Dr. Doyle and her wonderful and dedicated team.

I'm extremely disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Doyle. I brought my dog in for an ultrasound due to inappetence and urinary incontinence. Dr. Doyle personally never went over her history with me and I felt that key details were missed by the assistant. I was told her inappetence was likely IBD vs infection. Her urinary incontinence was never mentioned. Dr. Doyle's bedside manner also left a lot to be desired. The staff at AIM is amazing ! They spent hours working on our dog , Nacho , who had not pooped in almost a week and was suffering .They were kind and compassionate and saved us a trip to a hospital by patiently treating Nacho , when others would have given up . We are very grateful.
