We brought our cat in for breathing issues after seeing 3 other vets for what was diagnosed as asthma. Don’t be deceived by the fancy office. I filled out multiple pages of medical history and it seemed as though those were not reviewed. Most communication during the visit was handled by the vet tech Hailey. We were referred by our regular vet for an ultrasound. We had the best experience imaginable. We would give 10 stars if we could. We were impressed by the separate entrances for cats and dogs when we arrived and after arrival everything and everyone was professional, and very organized and the staff were top notch. Thank You for a great experience!
Dr Doyle and her team at AIM are amazing! Such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was given all the information possible with the procedure my cat was receiving. Communication was fantastic! Rocky (our cat) is doing great and my son is happy his best friend is feeling better.
AIM is simply amazing! They go above snd beyond to work you in and do the best they can do for your pet when they are at their worst. They also were great sharing info with my regular vet. Would definitely go back!
If you can find somewhere else to go, I highly suggest you do. Having a sick pet is stressful enough, you shouldn't have to deal with incompetent drama, like this office. Communicating with this business has been a trying experience. We spent almost a thousand dollars on tests and haven't recieved any follow up. They have repeatedly said that they would call the next day and don't. The Dr. went out of town for a week just after our tests and we got no warning.
