I'm new in town. Dr. Tatiana Hernandez is the best doctor I've been to in a while. On my first wellness visit, she gave me all the referrals that I needed for labs, xrays, bone density, and Gyn. I hope i can keep her when my new Freedom Plan goes into effect.
I broke my knee in 3 places & Dr Hernandez give me the run around just to get a referral to have an orthopedic surgeon for a knee replacement. Had better service at a veterinarian's office, ten phone calls later finally at the end of day I got the referral. Ridiculously told to come into the Brandon office after ER & insurance nurse called & said I needed surgery immediately & I can't move!!!! Now after surgery I can't get home health care & Got a 1 &1/2 Foot by 1 &1/2 Foot bruise above the surgery site which I'm told is A H... read more
