My appointment was for 8.45 I arrived at 8.10 …One hour later still in the waiting room.Im diabetic and need to take my med in for lab work
Not going lower than 3 stars because in the DRs defense he did provide appropriate referrals for all of my concerns. However, overall experience for my two visits was poor and I won't be going back. Not a single smile or greeting from the time you walk in until you leave, just a general negative energy. DR didn't say more than 3 words to me in both visits. Do u know when u visit the doctor for the 1st or 2nd time they'll have u sign a no show fee document. Stating if u do not call to cancel 24 hrs in advance ull be charged $50(or more) & if u don't pay that no show fee, you WILL NOT be able to go back until that's paid in full. Okay, well I haven't even been seen yet & they r charging me $40 for a no show $Fee. Regardless my appointment was on Monday & I knew I wouldn't be able to make it that Sunday.
