I can't say how good of a doctor this is, because they don't answer their phones. They have a voicemail, but they won't call you back. I tried for over a week to make an appointment, and the only time I spoke to someone, they immediately transferred my call to someone else, who didn't answer the phone or return my call. I'm not sure what the point of saying that you're accepting new patients if no one is able to actually make an appointment.
