This agency was able to find lower cost replacement Landlord policies for multiple investment properties under management by my firm. They have always been responsive to any inquiries. The President of the Agency stays actively involved the business operations and has been readily available if he is needed. This agency is one of the suggested ones provided to my real estate brokerage clients.
Worst insurance company ever! If something happens with your vehicle, good luck filing a claim and getting it fixed. You are charged on your policy for things you simply don't need and the costs are highly inflated compared to other agencies. Gail, the agent is NEVER in office and has the receptionist screen her phone calls. Every time you call, she's out on a business meeting.. This company does not stand behind their word, but I'll happily take your money.
