They get a 1 star only because zero is not an option. AU admitted, in 2 emails, that they failed to notify Citizens of my written request to cancel a policy 30 days BEFORE it went into effect. Naturally, Citizen's refuses to reimburse for the cancelled policy since they were not notified. AU says "Sorry. Nothing we can do" . Never doing business with these folks. Neither should you.
