Almost 5 stars! Don t bother calling the Hammond or Northshore offices of this business. The Baton Rouge office understands insurance and customer service much more than the other two locations! Unlike the agents in the other branches, Denise is patient, knowledgeable and nice. I was taking my business elsewhere until I spoke with Denise. She is definitely MY insurance agent for life! Call her.
