I contacted a few companies for quotes and Jim easily had the best and most consistent communication. On top of that him and his guys did quality work and were even flexible enough to make a last-minute adjustment per my request. Very fair price as compared to other people I contacted; can’t recommend these guys enough and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Jim and his team did an amazing spray foam insulation job for my upper attic! I'm very pleased after 3 winters. My attic is so well insulated that it is one of the warmest areas of the house now! I strongly recommend Jim's team for foam insulation to any homeowners in the Chicago area.

I had some work done on my house last month by Jim and the guys from advanced. Really happy with the results, I should have done it sooner. My house is a small, older (1957 built) single story with a basement. My basement is only partially below ground, like the lower 4 feet of my basement walls are below-grade but the remaining 4 feet are above the ground level.
