After having experienced horrible care from various local dentists and a periodontist over the past year, I was pleasantly surprised by my initial consultation with Advanced Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Primm and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging in the midst of my current dental needs. We discussed options and a plan of action so I can get things taken care of. It is such a relief to finally find a periodontal practice that actually is responsive and cares about giving great healthcare!
I am writing to share my positive experience with Dr. Primm and his staff. After getting stuck in traffic, I called the office to explain that I would be approximately 30 minutes late and to ask if I could still be seen. The receptionist placed me on hold and quickly returned to let me know that Dr. Primm would still accommodate my appointment. When I arrived, both Dr. Primm and his staff were incredibly professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Primm to anyone in need of a specialist.
My experience with Dr. Primm and staff was amazing! He took the care and time to explain details about my oral health and I felt he gave me honest answers about what needed to be done all the while being conservative in his approach. He and his staff are all super kind. As a dental professional, he is who I will recommend for all my patients with periodontal needs.
Dr. Primm and all staff were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were all kind, attentive, and helped ease my anxiety about my procedure. I felt truly so well taken care of and am grateful to the entire team. 10/10 experience!
Great experience in a very stressful situation. Dr. Primm is one of the most kind, patient and respectful doctors I’ve seen in a long time. Going in, I didn’t understand his work, but they made me so comfortable for an unexpected challenging procedure and what can I say about nurse Leslie… she is kind and went along with my sense of humor putting me at ease, answering all my crazy questions 😂.
