I was apprehensive about my first appointment with Dr Primm. Everyone in his office was professional and friendly which put me at ease. The doctor clearly explained the diagnosis and next steps. Also, I was informed in detail about my financial responsibility.
Dr. Primm was very professional and informative. Gave me details on how my treatment program would work and what we have to do. I felt very comfortable with him and his practice.
