After having experienced horrible care from various local dentists and a periodontist over the past year, I was pleasantly surprised by my initial consultation with Advanced Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Primm and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging in the midst of my current dental needs. We discussed options and a plan of action so I can get things taken care of. It is such a relief to finally find a periodontal practice that actually is responsive and cares about giving great healthcare!

I could not say enough about Dr. Primm, Shannon, and his staff. The most amazing, kind, loving humans you will meet in the world of dentistry. I have severe dental anxiety, I have had two oral surgeries one went great and the other one didn’t. I let Dr. Primm know prior to my surgery during my consult and he reassured me I would be comfortable. I had a severe gum recession almost all the way down past my root. I’ve always had fear of the Due to past experiences. But when I started going to Dr Primm, they were so amazing and did amazing work and now I totally look forward to getting in there for my cleaning. Just wanted to write a review and say thank you so much for all your great work and treatments

From the first call to the end of my first visit, I experienced professionalism, courtesy, and warmth from the staff and dentist at Advanced Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Prim took the time to explain my exam and treatment plan and was responsive to my questions. And the office and environment were quite lovely. Great experience!

My experience with Dr. Primm and staff was amazing! He took the care and time to explain details about my oral health and I felt he gave me honest answers about what needed to be done all the while being conservative in his approach. He and his staff are all super kind. As a dental professional, he is who I will recommend for all my patients with periodontal needs.
