Dr. West explained the procedure well. His staff was friendly and professional. All were concerned about my well being and healing. Instructions for after the procedure were explained verbally, as well as in writing. Thanks, Dr. West!
My visit was a consult regarding a rather complicated implant. Dr West was direct to the point, and he took time to answer any questions. I never felt rushed and have been given options for scheduling my surgery.
