Rude and unhelpful. Waste of gas and money. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED ANY HELP.
Went here for an appointment. Front desk staff was very very rude. I recommend finding literally any other mri place if you need one.

Excellent staff.
This office in Somerset does NOT have an open MRI Machine! We live in London, drive 45 mins after telling them we needed an open MRI weeks ahead of time for the appt. Went to the appt. and sat for 45 mins after driving 45 mins their to be told they don't have an open MRI machine. Then a 45 min drive back. Not worth the trouble! Go to Lake Cumberland Imaging Ctr. it's also in Somerset.
