This is the second time I have been using this company for a CT scan. I am not happy with the service and customer service . The first time, they rescheduled my appointment 4 times, and I ended up going all the way to Valencia. The servicethere was ok. On the 8/26/24 I received a call from AIC telling me that they need to change my appoitment from 8/27 at 4pm to 8/28 at 9am again, eventhoug I schedule it a month before. I asked the person on the phone why, and she rudely replied that I didn't know. I was just following order... read more
I would give this place a zero. They are unprofessional and unorganized. Management is a joke and the place is being run like a circus.
Don't go to this one it's soo slow.
Warning an employee there might be steeling bank card information. Had a suspicious feeling so I cancelled all my cards just got a message that someone tried using one of those cards be careful!!
Don't go here! Had a ultra sound done here and they did not do it correct. The radiologist did not read the pictures correctly either, so we got an incorrect report. The place is dirty. Doesn't look like they have a cleaner. Spent hours in ER, because of there error.
