They’re so unprofessional , need to learn how to prioritize , they have no respect don’t recommend to nobody .
Miss lady in the front didn’t know how to do her job correctly and made me miss an important appointment due to her not wanting to call my doctors office and confirming information
Scheduled an appointment 4 separate dates/times for an ultrasound.. clearly communicated to the person I did not possess the physical referral paperwork each time.. they assured me they would call to obtain it from the dr and even asked me for thw Dr's phone number.. each time I show up for the appointment.. they tell me they need the authorization and cannot preform the ultrasound without it.. ONLY AFTER I TAKE A DAY OFF WORK TO DRIVE 1 HOUR TO THEIR LOCATION.. These people should I strongly suggest you go anywhere literall... read more
This morning at 8.45am my wife was at the imaging center to do her xray. She called them before she headed there and was told to come now there's nobody in waiting. When she got there she was asked to wait, which is fine. While she was waiting, she saw people coming in and were being handed out paper work to fill. But my wife was left waiting.
