Came for an ultrasound today, I had no issues at all with this place. Was nervous coming here because of the reviews but everyone there was so kind and patient with me. The process was quick and easy no complications whatsoever.
1/6/25 I went here very earlier, my appoinment was at 3 pm, but staff let her know and she seen me . Tech, Katelyn was the sweetiest, loving person I met here. Katelyn talk with me first, after she started the mri. I hung her, Katelyn, told her I will come back. As long as Katelyn is there, I will return. Wanda M.
Could use some cosmetic work. Place is a little run down
By far the worst customer service experience ever. Very unprofessional lack of accountability as well as the knowledge of how to operate a business especially in the healthcare industry. Patients aren’t treated as priority. The staff gossip the entire time without greeting any patients. Appointments are canceled or rescheduled last minute. No apologies for any inconvenience. This is the second time I have been using this company for a CT scan. I am not happy with the service and customer service . The first time, they rescheduled my appointment 4 times, and I ended up going all the way to Valencia. The servicethere was ok. On the 8/26/24 I received a call from AIC telling me that they need to change my appoitment from 8/27 at 4pm to 8/28 at 9am again, eventhoug I schedule it a month before.
