Worst location ever. You can be a few minutes late and they are behind, but they will want to reschedule you even though they are behind. Maybe you all should stop overbooking if you are that slow.
I came here to write about how amazing Courtney is. I called with a concern and how I now live out of state. Without going into detail, she took a load off mr plays by doing all the calling and coordination for me and updated me every step of the way. The radiology techs are fantastic, the front office staff are very unprofessional and incompetent. The lady literally told me she didn’t know what she was doing, couldn’t find my order (even showed her my copy on Mychart) so I ended up having to come back by the time it was found due to ER being back up, and to top it off, she mistakenly cancelled a very important upcoming procedure I had scheduled. I've had numerous experiences here: mammograms, MRI scans, blood draws. I have never had a bad experience. Registration is quick, staff are friendly (busy), clean. I recommend.
I recently went here to get labs done. I had no issues with the front desk whatsoever but I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes until I was called to get my labs done. When the nurse called me to the back, she put an individual before me that arrived 1hr after I was already waiting and she purposely made me wait for whatever reason, how can you put someone in front of somebody that was there first?
