The more I sit with this the worse and worse it gets. Bottom line up front, I was turned away upon check-in for my appointment to investigate a possible lump on my testicle. A bit more detailed and why it feels worse and worse the more I think about it. The end of May I went to see a doctor due to a possible lump and an extensive immediate family history of numerous cancers. Had a few MRI here and the staff has always been excellent!
Worst location ever. You can be a few minutes late and they are behind, but they will want to reschedule you even though they are behind. Maybe you all should stop overbooking if you are that slow.
I came here to write about how amazing Courtney is. I called with a concern and how I now live out of state. Without going into detail, she took a load off mr plays by doing all the calling and coordination for me and updated me every step of the way. Courtney, definitely didn't have to do all that but she did. She didn't hesitate. Even though I thanked her a million times, she reassured me she just wants to help.
