Because of Terrie; my experience at Advanced Imagining was once again perfect!! She (Terrie) is the star of this business! I also must say that the staff; especially the Imaging Technician made me feel very, very comfortable.
This review is about their billing center which they are in control of. Their billing center has sent me to collections for a bill that was paid by my insurance company, but their billing company won't call to verify payment. They've called me several times, but...Oh my, they can't make outgoing calls. Since I can't get anywhere with their billing company, I have been trying to get the the "office manager" of the facilities to help me, but she won't call me back either. I have been there numerous times for CT scans MRI's and other procedures. I have always had great service, staff is friendly and caring and also knowledgeable above their jobs.
