I have been bringing my mom to this location and it is usually the best. But today May 5th 2025 the receptionist at the front desk was the worst. My mom is on a walker and has double vision. In the past the nice nurses walk her back and I had no idea I could go back to a waiting area in the back. Even after my mom asked this receptionist about me assisting her, she still never mentioned to me that I could go back with my mom. The team at this location are wonderful! This is a dreaded appointment each year but they are fast, kind and calming. I've had horrible experiences at another location in Savannah and this team has made me feel so much better about coming in. Amanda conducted my test today and she was so precious!
