My husband had a Petscan and it was a pleasure to have it done at this facility. The staff and providers were kind and informative. The facility was clean and a easy travel. Would recommend highly.
I had an exceptional experience at advanced imaging at Baybrook outpatient medical test center, where the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me when I arrived at the wrong location for my test. She efficiently arranged for my medical orders to be transferred and successfully secured a spot for me in their schedule on the spot. This level of care and flexibility truly sets them apart, and I couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding service.
I can not thank them enough for the great care and patience they have with their clients. Every year I have to have an open MRI and Carol and all the people here make it easy and no stress.
I always have a pleasant experience no matter how much I might dislike what needs doing medically, they make me as comfortable as possible & get it over as quickly as possible too. There used to be a K-cup coffee free in waiting area but they took that out during pandemic I'm assuming is why, I miss that coffee! The plus to the pandemic is my imaging has never been faster than now! Keep up your great work!
