Cordial staff but took three tries to place the iv.
I just had a second MRI done; the first was 2-3 years ago. Both times, my experience was excellent. Kala and Luke were so helpful and reassuring before, during, and after the MRI. Jaylyn and MacKenzie at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Just a note for those who, like me, are claustrophobic: be sure you ask about one-time medication to be taken shortly before the MRI. With that in hand, I did not freak out; the procedure was not at all concerning.

This practice got pre-approval from my insurance and booked my appointment within 24 hours! I had a pelvic MRI with contrast this morning. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable.
