Very short wait. The gentleman doing the MRI, Brad (I think) was extremely kind, professional, and caring. He explained everything perfectly. I was given noise canceling head phones with music going through the headphones. Not that MRIs are pleasant, but this was the best experience by far I have had of the several MRIs in the past. Brad really made the experience as pleasant as possible. Great bedside manner.
Brad was amazing during my MRI I was so comfortable and he let me listen to the best jams while in the box! Great team here, tha k you guys.
My husband just had an extremely positive experience at advanced imaging. He was treated with respect, kindness, and tons of compassion as he struggles with taking an MRI while in back pain. Ashley went far beyond the call of duty trying to help with insurance issues. Kudos to Brad who performed the MRI with the utmost kindness. Melinda and Shannon were great too. The office is professional and I would highly recommend.
