I have had nothing but good experiences at WMC radiology. Efficient and professional.
I had the most FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING experience at Advanced Imaging (3/31/25). I came to the front desk with my 3 year old son. The lady behind the desk took my information and told me the technician would come soon to call me. I sat in the waiting room with my 3 year loosing his patience for OVER AN HOUR watching people who came AFTER me be seen and leave. I called with my grandmother to obtain medical records. I asked the representative what was the name of the physician and she started laughing at me and said that she can only give it to the patient which the patient was on the phone with me. I told the representative Michelle that I did not think it was funny for her to be laughing, which is very inappropriate. I know that’s how you guys work down there in the lower counties, but it is very disrespectful. No one should be laughing at anybody, especially over medical records... read more
