I found some old film and called about 20 different places to find someone who could develop it. I hesitated to call Advanced Imaging because of the bad review, but I'm glad I did. They couldn't actually develop the film, but Neil was very nice and took the time to help me figure out what kind of film it was and refer me to a place that could develop it. Thanks for the help Neil! I'm going to keep AI in mind for any future photo related needs.
I had the unfortunate experience dealing with this lab for a few years while living in Chicago. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with running a business. Yes, the quality is great, but at the price they charge and the terrible attitude you have to deal with to belong to their little 'club' it's not worth the headache. Find someone else who actually appreciates your business.
