I had a bad encounter today (Feb 22, 2021) at the location on North Reserve, Missoula, MT. Sarah M. was the technologist. I walked in, and as I did so, I was in the midst of placing my mask on my face. She did not say hello but lectured me about carefully securing my mask to cover my face by securing the straps behind my ears, etc. She did not not know then that I am a retired intensive care nurse, a BSN.
