Very good service explained everything clearly
We recently had An Advanced Ice unit fitted to a New Ranger Ute. On picking up our Van found that only one of the rear cameras was feeding into the vehicle’s screen. Contacted Phil he diagnosed the likely cause, organised an appointment in Brisbane to suit our timetable. His team had the problem solved & fixed in the time it took to have Breaky across the road. Very friendly, efficient & helpful staff for what was an installation error. We can’t rate the Advanced Ice products & team more highly.
I would give a Zero if I could. The system they sold me fitted to my new Ram, through my dealer, doesn't work. This mob just keep referring me back to the dealer, refusing to even look at it even if I take the vehicle to them. I offered to pay them more just to look at it, even then "nothing to do with us" response. The dealer states it is fitted exactly as they were told. Overpriced rubbish, look elsewhere.
Purchased Complete (Car & Van) Caravan Camera Kit with Dual Black Camera Part: VK-SDUALB + Ford Ranger/Everest Caravan Camera Integration Part: 1486 - yet to be installed but the quality looks great. Customer service from Phil has been exceptional from the very beginning of my many enquiries. Always replying with prompt helpful answers.
⭐☆☆☆☆ This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I spent a significant amount of money with this company and asked what I believed were reasonable questions about the pricing of a camera supplied with my order.
