I would like to say a huge thank you to Phil from the sales team who assisted me with getting my order placed. I ordered the KenwoodDAX8000DS head unit for my commodore VF and he mad the process so easy. I would also like thank Ben the technician who installed the unit for me, and the customer service that Ben gave me when showing me how to use the ahead Unit, again he made it so easy, I will recommend Advance Ice to all my friends. I have had an Advanced ICE system in my LC 200 for 5 years. It encountered serious problems which I fully expected to be terminal. I took it in to Brendan and his colleagues for what I thought would be confirmation of death. Instead, they embraced the challenge, took the system into their care, worked some miracle and a week later I had it back, operating as well as it ever did.
