Poor communication skills!!
Frank was very kind however diagnostics for my 2007 Prius were not accurate. I had multiple service lights on in my car (including the "triangle of doom") but was told that my battery was in working condition and no problems were found. Frank turned off my diagnostic lights and I was charged the $160 diagnostic fee. Less than four weeks later the lights came back on. I had it diagnosed elsewhere and was told I needed my hybrid battery replaced. After replacing the battery, I have had no issues. I was a bit disappointed that ... read more
