Multiple problems. bought brand new heating and air unit. First summer it is used it doesn't work right. called owner who installed the system and he said it should be cooling the house better but everything is working according to his readings on his gauges. Had to call another company and they found the problem in less than an hour. The air handler had a piece of insulation installed from the factory that had fallen down and blocked half the air flow.
