What Candice said is true! I am a former employee as well. I lost my checking account due to my paycheck always bouncing!! On top of that just because their niece moved in my building and they Gave her a job, they told her my address. I didn't know until the client's daughter told me where I lived and said the other aide who is the boss' niece, told her. So now it's ok to give out employees personal info to your family?
This company has problems paying their employees. They currently are using a line of credit to make payroll. Recently two employees brought checks to my location to cash and both bounced.
I was fired at Advanced Homecare without any notice after going over and beyond my call of duty for 3 years. Its pitiful how they do people because they have money issues. They had all office staff apply for worker’s compensation because they had no means to pay us.
