Do not give him all the money until he’s done Brian duke or duke Brian whatever he’s calling himself this week I repeat do not give him any money till job is totally completely done to your satisfaction or in my case didn’t finish job but promised he would come back also it was not done right and it wasn’t completed all he had to do was bring dirt and put it up against the house after giving him over 8000. I would not recommend him.
Waste of time and money. Don't pay them until job is complete job. This is Kurt Wiles. We paid them 9000.00 upfront to put a retaining wall in and they never did. Also, the French Drain never stopped the water from coming in and I hired another contractor, and it was fixed in one day at 1/4 the price they charge me.
We do not recommend Brian Gates at AHS LLC.
Brian and his team did an excellent job diagnosing a difficult water issue, and finding a cost-effective solution. My home was experiencing small amounts of water build-up in a garage built into a hill side. Instead of going with a surface water solution, Brian identified that the primary issue was ground water and a sump pump would be the best solution. Sure enough, ever since the installation completed, my garage has been bone dry despite multiple consecutive days of heavy rain accumulation.
