One of your drivers pulled out right in front of me on Hwy 394 in Blountville today. Van number 343 with a North Carolina plate. He was going entirely too fast!
So far this has not been a good experience. My mother needed a nebulizer, and they have had a lot of communication problems. It’s been over a week and we still have no nebulizer machine. I was just told on the phone that there’s been yet another communication error so it will be another 3 days before she receives it. I thought home health came to your house the day you got an order and took care of the customer but apparently it doesn’t anymore. Terribly disappointed
