9:30 appt. I get a text at 8:36 that they are on their way. Got up at 8:40 so rushed arnd so I would be dressed and ready. Maybe give a window 8:30-10. They fixed what I asked, both were polite. $210 for 40 min of work was a little steep, but never given an est before they started, just a bill when the finished.
Polite, professional, quickly figured out the problem and efficiently fixed it. They were courteous and good communication letting me know in advance when they would arrive. Highly recommend.
