Tim was pleasant, professional, and quickly diagnosed / resolved our issue.
Completely unintelligent technician, didn't even recognize our furnace as a furnace. Came in with no mask during COVID & was rude as all hell. Never fixed the problem because he obviously didn't want to deal with it. Would not recommend! Get a real professional!
