Call center, not the local center, was unnecessarily rude when I phoned in an attempt to gain more complete information about portable oxygen concentrators and home oxygen equipment. I only hope the person I spoke with from the call center never has to be on the end of requiring oxygen.
The most pleasant, courteous and responsive service I have experienced in years. I was from out of town, in need of help and two young women at Advanced Home Care were all about helping me. They went out of their way and beyond their normal problem solving to help me.
