Matthew was very professional and informative.
Jocelyn came out 3 days in a row...2nd day stuck in mud for 3 hours and still kept.the appointment...to fix a bariatric bed for me that wasn't working. She went above and beyond to help. She was highly professional and compassionate. She was sent out with wrong equipment twice (bariatric bed is not the same.as normal bed...and phone customer service was advised it.was bariatric from day 1). Jocelyn never ceased to smile and bring a ray of sunshine (along with the correct equipment). She's an angel walking amongst us.
