For the most part I have had very good service from Adapt (I also get my O2 from them). Today they brought my new rollator. It's a bit smaller and sleeker than the old one and will be very easy to use. The driver was kind enough to remove the transport chair from the back of my SUV so that I can put the rollator there for travel. When my husband was alive he always helped the O2 delivery folks carry the tanks back and forth and basically just cut up and carry on with them to make their day a little better. They were very kind courteous He stood there to make sure the walker was the right height for me I mean it everything and even told me if I needed anything else do not hesitate to call They are amazing!!! 🤩
