Advanced Heating Wales (AHW) are often disorganised, fail to turn up to appointments and blame me/the customer when there is an install issue. We live in a new build where AHW installed the heating and plumbing. Some of our flushes have stopped working 3-4 times, in just 4 months. AHW were due to attend today to fix this (again), but no-one turned up. They're now saying that they have no engineers available tomorrow or the day after either. I'd give them a zero star if that was an option. Not once but twice these people have said they'd turn up between 10-2 and nobody came. Like they expect everyone not to have jobs and having to stay in the house waiting forever
They are an honest company ...they don't need card details ..and i felt comfortable with the engineer they sent ... after other company's have took money beforehand and not fixed the problem ....very grateful ...thank you
