Good luck getting scheduled if you can get someone to even answer the phone. A single star for coming out a couple months ago and mounting our unit on the house like they were supposed to. They did a good job with that and the techs were friendly and polite enough. The good review ends there. 0 stars for communication and service since then. They wired our thermostat wrong when they mounted the unit and then charged me a service fee of $99 to come back out and fix THEIR mistake. This company is outstanding. They helped an elderly member of our church with a very big boiler installation job with a very little time frame. I was point of contact for our church member, and from the customer service on the phone, to the communication of when they were coming, to the very fine work of the installers, all aspects of this experience were indeed top-notch. From what we experienced, this company is highly recommended.
