Called tyler after an outrageous bid from air serv. He came and installed a few extra runs and replaced a section of the main trunk run. When he replaced that part, he accidently missed a vent run that went to a bedroom by the thermostat which was causing false readings. However, we are all human and the important thing is that we own our mistakes and correct them in a timely manner. He own up to the mistake and went above and beyond to correct it.
