Advanced Heating and AC is amazing. From the first call to repair of the AC they were friendly, knowledge and reasonably priced both with labor and parts. 100% recommend and will only ever use them for HVAC needs.
Purchased a brand new unit exactly a year ago. We noticed it had shut off automatically a couple weeks ago. My husband looked at it and noticed the overflow drip pan was full of water. He vacuumed it out and we got a local HVAC technician to blow out any potential clogs in the pipes. We found out the actual issue was the unit was installed incorrectly by Advanced Heating and Air in that they tied the main drain into the overflow drain. We were informed that violates code!! They did a great job fixing my air conditioner. It went out at the worst time of the year and they got to it quickly and had it running the same day they came out!
Kennedy was the third tech sent to resolve our A/ C not working problem. He explained what the problem was and promised to return the next day as he did not have the needed parts. He gave us updates and replied when i asked questions. He provided outstanding service and responses. We are cool again. Thank you Kennedy
