The only issue was getting the parts in a timely manner. No AC for 13 days due to part delays. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.

Mr. Rakeem, was very professional, polite, very knowledgeable and fast he explained everything in such a manner that I could understand. If I ever have an issue pertaining to my a/c unit I would prefer Mr. Rakeem to handle the job!!! Thanks again!!!".
