Leaving another bad review since you completely lied to your response to my my initial reviewing claiming this was not the correct bc company I had my poor experience. Here is my text correspondence which you completely ignored after confirming over the phone you would service our heater! See below text message to phone number that matches this exact business. This response completely aligns with my initial reviewing claiming failure to be honest with your customers.
Contacted company this morning when we noticed heat wasn’t turning on. Spoke to gentleman that told me he would be able to take service call at 11am so therefore I cancelled a later service call that I had scheduled with another company. Called around 1130am and he stated he was running behind, called again around 1230 where he hung up on me and now I am unable to schedule another service call with any other company since it’s a Friday afternoon leaving my family with two young children without heat. I recently had an HVAC system installed with Sam’s recommendation, opting for a Heat Pump and High Efficiency Furnace. The difference in temperature is remarkable—I can definitely feel the improvement. Sam's suggestion to set the temperature at 75 degrees has made my home very comfortable.
