After the job, the tech didn’t rush out. He showed me how to check my filter monthly, what MERV rating my system can handle, and how to tell when ducts need cleaning again. He drew a simple diagram of my system. He gave me knowledge, not a sales pitch. I feel like I understand my house now. That 10-minute lesson was as valuable as the cleaning.

Thought I’d add a funny one — my son dropped an AirPod down a vent 6 months ago. Mentioned it jokingly. Tech actually found it during cleaning, sanitized it, and returned it working! Beyond the great duct cleaning, that was unforgettable service.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and even gave us tips on how to keep the system running efficiently. Michael came to clean our HVAC air ducts after we noticed a dusty smell every time the heat turned on. He laid down protective covers and wore shoe covers the whole time, which I appreciated. When he opened the return vent, we could see a thick layer of dust and pet hair stuck inside. We have two golden retrievers, so that made sense.
