Writing today as experienced classic central AC failure, middle of summer on the weekend. Called 8:10 AM Monday morning, Rachel was able to dispatch a tech for 9 AM and he was here on time as committed. Technician was Alan and he was the most courteous, conscientious tech ever. Think he solved the issue, but even if it proves to be something else, will have them back to continue to troubleshoot if need be.
