Matt from Advanced arrived 20 minutes early, we extremely helpful, personable, welcomed me to watch and ask questions. He thoroughly looked over our AC unit, went on the roof to do an inspection, made a few simple recommendations for the next visit, and tested each register to confirm that we are getting good air flow and proper air temperature.....49 degrees from each register! Writing today as experienced classic central AC failure, middle of summer on the weekend. Called 8:10 AM Monday morning, Rachel was able to dispatch a tech for 9 AM and he was here on time as committed. Technician was Alan and he was the most courteous, conscientious tech ever. Think he solved the issue, but even if it proves to be something else, will have them back to continue to troubleshoot if need be.
