Front desk receptionist staff is very rude and unforgiving if late. I was told “your late and traffic was not an excuse because it’s like that all the time”. Unfortunately I don’t happen to drive to Grapevine at 8am daily since I live in Frisco/Plano West. I refused to be talked to in any manner because I’m running late.
