I feel like my visits with the Dr. are rushed. My condition is new to me and when I have questions, he doesn't take the time to answer them. The lady who sits in the office at the window is sometimes rude, and at my stress test appointment, I sat for an hour, only to have to reschedule because the machine was broken. When my test results were back, NO ONE from their office called me or submitted my results in the patient portal... Totally unacceptable.

Absolutely the most unprofessional front office I’ve ever had to deal with. First time I scheduled and I got there and they couldn’t find my appointment. I rescheduled a few times because that have god awful appointment times, then they rescheduled me, I got there and they were closed. They then proceeded to blame it on me. The woman at the front office is quick to blame others but it was 100% her fault each time, and she was extremely rude. Too bad because the doctor seemed pretty decent.

Terrible, terrible experience! They closed an office without telling anyone. Then the new office has unfriendly staff and terrible wait times. They seem to always need to reschedule my appointments. They will not call you with test results and also won't return phone calls you make to them. I gave it 1 year of constant disappointments.
