Wow! Asked it they can do FMLA paperwork before scheduling the appointment. I get here and they tell me it’s a different department. Had to cancel my appointment and get a refund. Nothing more frustrating than wasting a waiting period to be seen then coming in to have them do this. Wasted a week of my time.

Have been trying to call to make an appointment for my husband. Called over 7 times no one answers the phone or goes to a call centre in Dallas they punch you through to another office no one answers , left multiple voice messages for someone to call me back .. a week later still no phone call … wouldn’t recommend this place at all !

Some staff not helpful, particularly Haley. Dr. Ho is a nice guy, but he provided incorrect information that could have led to a stroke. Avoid!!!
